Marriage
Please notify your employer promptly. Your current insurance card must be replaced. When you submit your notice, please also return your insurance card. If you have dependents, please also return the insurance cards of your dependents.
Please inquire with this health insurance society if you are a Voluntarily and Continuously Insured Person.
Procedure for getting married
